Redevelopment of Vacant Lots on Druid Park Lake Drive
Baltimore Housing is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the vacant lots on Druid Park Lake Drive.  In April 2013 a public meeting was held to gather resident input on the future uses of these sites.  The Department of Planning will facilitate a discussion of the Workshop Summary from that session and what residents now want to see developed on the sites.  To access the summary, Click Here.

Community Recreation in Reservoir Hill and Penn North & Prioritization of Projects
Through the INSPIRE planning process community recreation has risen as a key interest for many residents.  INSPIRE will fund a significant community initiative, and we are gathering input on community recreation priorities.  Department of Planning staff will have maps and project ideas that will allow participants to offer input, and attendees can discuss the initiative with the planners.  The Department of Planning will also be collecting input on prioritization of a range of projects that are in the Draft Recommendations.  We will also provide updates on John Eager Howard Recreation Center Programming.
