Community Strategic Investment/INSPIRE

The Baltimore City Department of Planning released the draft recommendations to guide strategic investment around John Eager Howard School in Reservoir Hill. We will be reviewing the INSPIRE recommendations with Planning staff. Your input is very much needed to make sure a plan guiding city investment meets community needs. For more information on this initiative, go to the RHIC website: 

Macht Building Renovation in Reservoir Hill

Matt Herman and Alan Pressman, local developers and residents of Charles Village and Reservoir Hill will be sharing information about their latest historic restoration project of the Park Circle Apartments, Macht Building, along Druid Park Lake Drive.   Matt and Alan will be available to answer questions.

Callow Avenue Redevelopment

All nine of the original houses under redevelopment on the 2200 block of Callow Avenue are already under contract, and the first houses are being completed.  Additional funding is allowing the partners to continue the renovation of Callow Avenue homes.  Come hear about this exciting initiative. Druid Heights CDC personnel will be present to discuss the project.  For more information on this initiative, go to the RHIC website:
