Live Baltimore Discusses Reservoir Hill’s 5-Star Rating as a Family Friendly Neighborhood

B&P Tunnel Discussion

Several residents have been in communication with the RHIC office regarding the planning process for the B&P Tunnel Project, and expressed a range of opinions based on their participation in B&P Tunnel public sessions.  So that we can have a community discussion on the plans, B&P Tunnel planning representatives will make a presentation at the Community Meeting. The B&P Tunnel project is an engineering and environmental study to address the structural and operational deficiencies of the existing Baltimore & Potomac Tunnel between Penn Station and the West Baltimore MARC station. The B & P Tunnel Project Team will provide updates on the study. The presentation will follow up on information presented at the BP Tunnel June 2015 Open House and will provide additional opportunities for community dialogue and input.
