Review has started on initial John Eager Howard Community Investment Strategy/INSPIRE materials

Through surveys and open meetings, about 150 people have to date provided input into the John Eager Howard Community Investment Strategy/INSPIRE planning process.

Last night at John Eager Howard Recreation Center we began reviewing materials the Department of Planning developed based on that input.

The material is organized into four categories:

  • Housing & Sanitation
  • Recreation & Open Space
  • Public Safety
  • Streets & Transportation

Once the maps and posters are formatted appropriately we will post them on the RHIC website

All four categories prompted vibrant discussion, and over the month of March we will be seeking further input and discussions.  We plan to organize sessions in different parts of Reservoir Hill in March to maximize community input.  Watch for notices.

Thank you to everyone who participated to this point!
