 This camp will take place from August 21, 2017-August 25, 2017. Monday, August 21 will not be over night, our baby campers will spend the day with us and returned back the same day. Our over night camp will start on that Tuesday. The camp will take place at Indian Lake Christian Camp, 3915 River Road, Darlington, Md. 21034

The festival will feature live music, great food and performances from local Baltimore Bands. There will also be a Resource Fair for Reservoir Hill community members that will include a back-to-school backpack and grocery giveaway. 

There will be over 40 resource booths from local organizations including the Bikemore, Code in the schools, Whitelock Community Farm and many more. There will be HIV/AIDS testing, employment information booths, and continuing education booths.

Children will be able to safely enjoy the events at our Kids Corner, which will feature games, face painting, crafts, and prizes.

“The mission of the festival is to bring the community together around needed resources like health care, food, and education."

Story Time returns to the Druid Hill Farmers Market! This year our story time program will be offered every week throughout the market season. Story Time will take place weekly from 5:00 to 5:30 around the reading bench and Little Library. Join Mr. Cork,for Mother Goose on the Loose; a fun-filled thirty-minute interactive story time that uses rhymes, songs, puppets, musical instruments and more to stimulate the learning process of babies and toddlers.

The Druid Hill Farmers' Market has once again partnered with Baltimore Yoga Village to bring Free Yoga Classes to the market. Instructors will introduce you to the art of yoga and physical fitness surrounded by the idyllic beauty of the garden. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat or blanket.

THE FARM STAND

WCF holds a farm stand on the corner of Whitelock and Brookfield in the Reservoir Hill neighborhood every Saturday 10am-1pm

This year the stand runs May 6th through November 18th

Here you can purchase all of the fruits and veggies WCF grows at the farm. WCF harvests the day before each market so the produce is super fresh, nutritious and delicious!  

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Part of WCF's mission is to make their produce affordable and accessible so they accept a number of payment types.

SNAP/EBT

FMNP Farmers Market Vouchers
WIC Fruit and Veggie Checks

Rides time 5:15 and 7:15.  Bikes are provided.  $10 suggested donation.  Bikes are provided for a guided 7 mile mostly flat bike ride through Druid Hill Park. Registration is recommended.
