AREA ATTRACTIONS

Reservoir Hill is located within walking distance to some of Baltimore's Arts and Leisure treasures. Druid Hill Park, the third largest inner city park in the nation (over six hundred acres), borders the northern boundry of the community. This beautiful park offers tennis and basket ball courts, a baseball field, swiming pools, trails, picnic areas, beautiful woods, a lake and is home to the Baltimore Zoo.
The southern border of Reservoir Hill is touched by the Maryland Institute College of Art , one of the worlds finest art schools offering numerous degrees programs, continuing education and enrichment courses, major exhibits and is co-host to the regions largest arts festival, Artscape, held anually the third weekend of July. This festival attracts several hundred thousand people to enjoy the visual and peforming arts plus, the incredible food.
Still within walking distance to the south of Reservoir Hill is the Meyerhoff Concert Hall, home to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Between the BSO home concert schedule and visiting artist performing at this world class facility, there's lots of music and a variety of music all year long.
Just accross the street from the Meyerhoff Concert Hall is the Lyric Opera House . The Lyric host most of the major operas performed in the city and offers musicals, road shows, and popular concerts.
