Historic rehab of 44 Housing Authority-owned properties
12 properties sold to homeowners, 4 reserved for affordable purchase

Two mid-rise condominium buildings on Druid Park Lake Drive
Developer and city going through price negotiations, moving toward Land Disposition Agreement

Whitelock Street
RHIC is working with city officials to the determine best use of the parcels
RHIC hopes to work with marketing and architectural firms to create proposal parameters that will be utilized in the RFP, which we hope will be released in 2007
Project SCOPE (Selling City-Owned Properties Efficiently)
Purchase of city-owned properties by homeowners and developers, with end use of owner occupancy
To date, more than 30 properties sold through SCOPE
Lakeside Neighbors Coalition
Successful rehab of 2 properties in the Lakeside area, purchased by moderate-income homeowners
Partners include Episcopal Housing Corp, Beth Am Synagogue, and area residents |
