Healthy Neighborhoods offers: innovative below market financing for acquisitions/rehabilitations and home improvement, professional advice for rehabbers, and grants for marketing and community projects which build a positive image. The Reservoir Hill Improvement Council (RHIC) has partnered with Healthy Neighborhoods to offer the loans in Reservoir Hill.

Important loan features:

· Borrow up to 120% of the after-rehab value of the home

· Interest rate is 1% below Fannie Mae rate

· No private mortgage insurance required

· Free architectural advice available
