“There’s No Place Like Home!”


Over 30 Gardens and Homes in Historic Reservoir Hill will be open to the public on Saturday, June 6th and Sunday, June 7th as part of the 15th Annual Garden and Home Tour. This celebration of modern urban living, sponsored by Bolton-Park Neighbors and Historic Mount Royal Terrace of Reservoir Hill, showcases the very best city life has to offer.

Much of Reservoir Hill was built in the 1890’s, and the area still contains numerous Victorian architectural treasures. An historic residential neighborhood adjacent to Druid Hill Park, Reservoir Hill has been featured in publications such as Victorian Homes and Baltimore Magazine. Once noted for its prize –winning homes and gardens, the area is now experiencing a major renaissance. The distinctive homes and gardens on the tour reflect the very best of the old and new urban lifestyles, ranging from traditional the to the whimsical.

The tour dates are Saturday, June 6, 2009 from 11 A.M. to 4 P.M. and Sunday, June 7, from 1 P.M. to 4 P.M.
