Druid Hill Farmers’ Market - Every Wednesday

In Druid Hill Park, one of Baltimore’s gems, you can get local produce, fresh baked goods, jam, local eggs, fresh prepared foods, crafts, and a full schedule of programming, including live music!  Druid Hill Farmers’ Market, Wednesdays, June – September, 3:30 – 7:30 p.m. The Farmers’ Market accepts Cash, Debit, Credit, WIC FVC, FMNP Coupons and SNAP/Independence Cards, and participates in the Maryland Market Money Incentive Program.

Druid Hill Park, 2600 Madison Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217
Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity if you are a first-time bicycle rider or don't have your own wheels.

Sponsored by Baltimore City Recreation and Parks, bikes and helmets will be available for all ages and sizes. There will also be BCRP employees available to help teach beginners.  A small donation is suggested to help maintain equipment. Photo ID required to borrow equipment. Location: near tennis and basketball courts, along the reservoir.   Program runs Sundays from 4/19 through September 27th and Wednesday evenings from 5 to 8 pm starting May 6 and running through August.

Tour dem Parks, Hon! is the annual bike ride through Baltimore’s parks and neighborhoods offering a close-up view of regional parks like Carroll, Patterson, Herring Run & Druid Hill, as well as some quietly tucked away gems. Participants choose from 3 routes.

SOLSTICE CONCERT at the Conservatory
Gregory Thompkins and his Jazz Explosion combo in the gardens at the Howard P. Rawlings Conservatory. They will be joined by award-winning saxophonist, Claire Daly. Bring chairs or blankets to enjoy this wonderful free concert on the lawn. Refreshments will be available for sale or bring your own!

SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION around the Lake
A spirited celebration of summer’s arrival with the Friends of Druid Hill Park—starting at the Green Man Sculpture along the Druid Hill Reservoir.  A roaring fire, mystical hayrides, tarot card readings, and music will get you in the mood to reflect on moving your life in a more positive and fulfilling direction.  Be sure to wear red, gold, or yellow to honor the sun!

$5 Suggested Donation. All proceeds benefit the programs offered by the Friends of Druid Hill Park.
